just to specify this song is NOT about anyone in my life in all seiorusness... i was just in one of those...hmmm what could i use for song lyrics and well obviously i used the below.

you said you'd never leave me,

but you left me in my darkest hour.
if you gave up hope for me,
how am i supposed to have hope for myself.
how could you be so cruel?
when all i did was care,
well guess what i'm not caring anymore
even after all we've been through,
you weren't there.
even when i was there for you when all was hopeless,
i guess i was wrong, for staying so long
cuz baby in the end it's not me it's you.
so once you walk out that door,
i'm not turning to say goodbye
i won't look back wishing,

because in the end wishing would just hurt me more

Not to be a dick, but for me in order for it to be a song it requires some sort of musical accompaniment, otherwise we're not getting the full 'message you're tying to get across.

It reads as decent poetry though.
