i had the same problem and it annoyed me, im happy its reversed itself but yeh i don't masturbate as much as I used to. (Gone from maybe twice at least daily at 16 to once every couple days at 18)

I would say to lay off the masturbation for awhile and MAYBE you might be able to shoot again. That is most likely the reason why your not shooting anymore, because you mastubating to much. But lay off for a little while and you will be shooting again :P

You don't need to squirt, not everybody can in the first place. Just try not masturbating for a long time. Also, trying the stop and go method of masturbating might help.

You dont always shoot everytime. If you want to shoot, try not to masterbate for about three days. And then see what happens.
