OCD and ADD linked?

Hey everyone, I got tested and got diagnosed with mild ADD. But I also got diagnosed with very mild OCD. My thereapist guy said that 60% of ADDers have OCD interlinked too. What do you guys think?

Yeah I have both ADHD and OCD. Actually, having ADHD and OCD help my creativity where I get ideas from spacing out and daydreaming. It's not so bad, really. :)

i have adhd, and i used to have quite bad ocd. i used to do things several times up to an even number (such as pressing the traffic lights button ten times). as to whether they are linked or not, yes, i think very possibly they are, though obviously you don't HAVE to have add/adhd in order to get it.
btw, if this is affecting you particularly, don't worry, as you mature, you'll start to realise you don't need to do those things.
