well i have been noticeing that my penis has a slight smell when i want is it normal and how do i stop it

All you can do is make sure you wash/shower down there regularly, every day really, and have fresh underwear every day etc.. Just normal good hygiene. Beyond that there's not much else you can do. If you are in a situation where you are hoping or expecting that some form of sexual activity might happen then take an extra shower before hand.

i heard that changing your diet helps a lot
meat and fatty stuff is bad for smell
but fresh fruits n veggies are good
