Yellowish semen is fine, and you have nothing about which to worry. As long as you are not seeing red in your semen, then you are fine. Chances are you might have had some residual urine in your urethra which is normal.

Its quite common for cum to be quite yellow when you first start cumming or if you havent cum for a while. Mine was pretty yellow at first, but its the usual white colour now. This is actually because of an unusually high sperm content in the semen and its perfectly normal.
