i had that awhile ago, it went away after a few days, but if you think it could be an std it would be best to get it checked by a doctor

i dont think thats an std, since u havent had sex. its probably, like they said, ingrown hairs or something. i got those too, so no worries

Don't worry, as said by everyone else, these are probably just hair growing on the shaft. I have these, too.

If they are small and everywhere then they are just hair follicles. if you pull on pubic hair and they are attached then thats what they are.

It is most likely that the bumps you are glands of hair follicles on the scrotum and lower penile shaft. They are normal and harmless. You'll most likely see hair growing from them (if not now, then soon!). And yes, hair can grow on the shaft of the penis, though most often just near the base.
