I think that you should tell your parents. That is highly in appropriate and should be dealt with accordingly because if not he could try it again and the next time could be more brutal.

You've gone through the necessary things; charging him, getting a restraining order(basically what it is, you can't see him again), etc?

If you have, that's awesome hun and you should be able to rest easier now. There's not much you can do now, except live life. I know you'll feel scared for a while, but that'll pass.

Well, that's a step Haley. What is CPS doing about it? how are your parents taking it? i highly recommend seeing a counselor or therapist. they can help you psychologically. i'm sorry this happened to you and when you get 25 posts feel free to PM me about it.
