I do wash both my testicles and my penis.
As Adam said it's really not hard, just get some soap ( or even just warm water) and rub your testicles and penis gently. Trying to avoid getting anything inside the urethra.

tthis is kinda weird question ummm well one u wash it when u take a shower ( and on the low key if your past or currently going through puberty the u should wash even more so) and and watch it with antibacterial body wash and shampoo or conditioner

Well, some said it aint hard to do, wierd to ask, gross to not, as if its obvious and well, normaly it should be (washing that like all the rest of the body) but if you are uncut (and JDB you should be being from UK) its important to mention you should pull the foreskin all the way back to wash under it. thats less obvious to some so heres just a little precision.
