I like this girl she's 2 years older than me I can touch her shoulder and her hip and she will sit on my lap but she does it as a friend thing I realy like her I don't know if she feels The same way how could I ask her out and keep out friendship as strong as it is now if she response no

I think it varies on how close you two are as friends. Does she give you any kind of signals or hints that she likes you? as said above this is a very tight situation and you should weigh out the odds.
