Try helping your mum out. Asking why she wants to kill herself. Once you know sign her up for a physciatrist... :(Sorry for you feeling that way... *Hugglez*

Charlie you just have to hold on and try and make her realize that she doesn't need to kill herself. You do need to ask her why. I agree with that.

Well she already figured that out for herself. She said she didnt because she didnt want to go through the trouble. And either way I'm still a liar according to her.

I'm not a stranger of suicide and self-destruction. Just hang in there and help her do the same, and never forget to tell her you love her being your mother, and try to make her remember her daughter every chance you get. My dad's dead, and one of the best things I ever did was remind him that I was his son and that I loved him. You may be the only one who could help her, and if you can't save her, don't let her go on bad terms.

Rooster's right... just don't let her go... save her life being nice!! sometimes cook to her, take her breakfast in the morning to her bed, go out to the park and talk with her... SMILE!!! small things will make her day, a MUCH better day... trust me!!

Yup, it's scientifically proven that something as simple as a hug before you go to school can be life or death.

Once someone told me that a smile, even if you are not happy, will help alot, tell your mom to smile, and smile yourself when you dont feel good... it does help... trust me.. it just changes your energy, and the energy in the room...

Aww (-:
That is really good advice. I couldn't have said it better myself.
it just changes your energy, and the energy in the room...Aah, time for a bit of what I belive in :)
A scientist in Japan labeled bottles of water different things. One said I love you. Another said you make me sick I hate you. Another one wasn't labeled, but blessed by a monk. I even got a picture off of Google. This is water molecules viewed under a I think blacklight microscope, but I'm not sure.

Yeah, it's the truth. He didn't freeze the water. So yes, just smiling does help. I drew a little heart on me and walked around for a day. I felt better. I drew a star. That day, my violin lesson day, was the best practice I've had. It's amazing. And that's what I belive in. Not mumbo jumbo about drawing stars and hearts all-over you and you'll be Superman. But just a taste. And you know what? Our bodies are made up mostly water. What's that percentage? 60 I think? Anywho,
The other people that posted gave so good of advice that I just back away (-: they did good. But I really hope it goes better. That's all I can say :)

Water is your body's most important nutrient, is involved in every bodily function, and makes up 70- 75% of your total body weight

Why has this turned into a water discussion? I'm asking for help, not a lecture in science. What the hell are you guy's problem?

No, guilt's no good. Making her feel like shit would make her think she's an inadequate mother. You just have to be a good daughter, and remind her she's a good mother.

seriously telling your mom you would commit suicide is the dumbest idea i have ever heard. do you have any idea how that would make a mother feel hearing her child say that. and that water crap was really stupid. The only thing Charlie can do for her mother is talk and comfort her. you dont threaten somone who is feeling suicidal.

I'm so sorry Charlotte. I feel awful for getting this off topic. I just wanted to explain that little things can help, and the energy of things. But this was all my fault. If you want the last word, please post. I'm just going to go away from this thread. I feel so awful for not taking any consideration into you. Even though I felt like I did a little. I want this thread locked too. But please don't say anything about this post :(
