If you want to compare with your cousin i think you should keep in mind that unless u guys are somewhat close he may not be comfortable with it. If you do end up asking him and he says yes remember to be subtle about it and dont try to make him do anything he isnt comfortable with and if he trys to make you do anthing you're uncomfortable with just say no and make sure he knows you mean it and then be done with it.

My advice would be that you dont ask your cousin, 4 years is quite a big age gap and he might think its a bit wierd. That could ruin your relationship with him, is it worth the risk? If you were a little kid that was curious because you'd never seen a boner then maybe he would understand, but at your age its going to sound sexual.
