I'm 13 years old, 5' 3", and weigh 136lbs. I have an hourglass figure and am hoping to lose some weight and tone my stomach and thighs. A lot of people tell me I don't need to lose weight, but I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds in the next few months just to be healthier and less at risk of being overweight for my height. Does anyone know healthy, effective ways to lose weight fast?
