Precum is a term referring to the lubrication that naturally comes out of your penis when you are very, very turned on. It is there to make penetration smother and easier, similarly to how and why a girl gets "wet." Some guys have more precum then others. I, personally, don't precum very much at all.

Precum, or pre-ejaculate, is a semen like fluid emitted from the penis when a male is sexually aroused. It is a kind of natural lubricant, while it's main function to clear out the lining of the urethra to give a sort of smooth journey for the semen when you do actually ejaculate. However beware it can still contain sperm from previous ejaculations and has gotten women pregnant in the past. It can also carry Sexually Transmitted Diseases, like HIV.
