well i have to agree with paul, if you retracted your foreskin enough you should shoot. Unless maybe you cant yet, either way , dont fret

Not everyone shoots - it's as simple as that. That has NOTHING to do with having a foreskin. In fact, those with a foreskin tend to have more sensitive glans that are more susceptible to stimulation because the glans are protected from outside stimulation more.

I wouldn't be able to compare and tell you but from what I've heard those who are uncut have more sensitive glans. I have also seen a news report that mentions the foreskin has nerve endings that lead to greater stimulation! How true this is I'm not to sure!

One of the few benefits of having an uncircumcised penis is that there is more sensitivity on and around the head because it hasn't been exposed for long, unlike a circumcised penis which has been exposed since the procedure took place.
Unless the foreskin is still covering the urethra when you ejaculate then it'd not that which is stopping you from 'shooting'. In reality the thing which could be preventing that from happening is more genetic than that. Some people just can't/don't shoot. There's nothing wrong with it.
