now, for people who suffer from the above ^ it's very difficult to pull yourself back to normal state. Hear is what helped me. For anxiety focus on where u r the people around you. say the obvious things, allowed or in your head, for example i see a blue wall, a purple light, a stop sign, a red hair spray can, things like that... or i see my friend Paige, she hs blonde hair, blue eyes wearing a green shirt and pink pants. for numbness same thing but focus on texture and feeligns. go to the wall touch it try to remeber how it feels. you can do this inconspicuously like let your hand glide over the wall as you walk. or simply fixing your shirt or pulling up your pants, or tieing shoe laces, touching someone, naything. or perhaps go to the bathroom wash your hands with cold water, cold helps. hope this works for some people :D
