when does dating become a relationship?

umm it varies on the person/situation

i kno when i ask someone out i have put alot of thought into it so i'm already in a very "coupley place" so to me dating is being in a relationship

but that's not the case for everyone

i'd say as a general rule of thumb when ur dating exclusively, spending time together, and have invested a moderate amount of emotion into eachother

Personally I feel like not until there is the "Will you be my gf/bf?" question, it isn't official.

so you may date all you want, but get things straight and avoid confusion ^.^

I hate doubt and insecurity. and most girls do as well.
