so i suffer from depression... as amny do... however i have ways of getting over it... so i'm sharing what helps me with you all. when i'm upset i might blare korean pop music, and dance around my room, or put on turkish rock. I will perhaps right a song on the piano, or simply play happy fast pieces i know on te piano. i change my thoughts around. Instead of saying this happeed today, i think about the good thing... the small goodd things. I pray, i meditate, i burn insense, burn candles,i get involved with my religious beliefs. this works whne i'm angry too. however i exersize when i'm angry and hurt alos. singing helps too. or mkaing somehting like a blanket for a friend cheers you up because your making someone else happy. or simply calling a friend
