First of all - it's healthy !
Second - Great Feeling ! Do u have to feel guilty when u have a great feeling ?
Third - Masturbating prevents some kind of cancer, so it really is GREAT !

When I was living in England our family doctor, an old guy, told me it was bad for me, being young and all. It made me feel terrible, really guilty. But now I have a new doctor here in Spain, and I asked him and he told me not to worry, that it was perfectly ok. It took me a while, but now no feelings of guilt, just enjoyment.

It's perfectly normal to feel guilty after masturbation. Most of us are brought up in a society that tells you to hide your body and taboos sexuality, so naturally when you start discovering sexuality and involving yourself in it, you feel guilty because you feel like you're going against what you were told before - sexuality is bad, or for grown ups, or "naughty".

The feeling, as identified by the lovely members above me, will subside with time and you grow more used to sexuality and embrace it for what it is; a natural, fun and normal thing.

after you finish masturbating, a hormone goes through your body that makes you feel tired; a lot of the times, it also makes you feel sad or guilty. It's just something that most people overcome with time. accepting and understanding that masturbation is totally normal and healthy helps too.

it's kind of an in-grained fear and guilt for sexual action. it's not your fault. and you shouldn't feel guilty. it comes from the victorian age and puritanical stupidity. just try to remember that it's natural and not to feel guilty.
