Not true. Most parental control blockers block anything that a person hasn't speficially allowed.
This blocks most forums, image sites, shopping webpages, anything with a web address ending in something other than .com/.org/.net. (like .co.uk, for example), ect.

The ones on Windows Vista also think that anything related to LGBT is porn.
