So, for all of you bookworms out there, which bookstore is your favorite?
---------------------------
My favorite is Powell's City of Books :D
It's got several floors FILLED with books wall to wall.
Love it!
I'm dragging Tim to Portland tomorrow just to go to Powell's.

Waterstones.
For the simple reason that it has a diverse range of books and I get discounts there because of my loyalty card!

Not Indigo! Damn sterile concrete stores, I want my warm and welcoming Chapters with the big comfy reading chairs back. :(

Which Chapter is that? I'm more of a floor sitting kind of reader. and The chairs aren't that comfy either. But damn it I love my books. <3

Until they got all horribly profit-seeking at the expense of having souls, almost every Chapters used to have these awesome big fluffy chairs for reading. The best was at the flagship store down on Bloor, they were on the 3rd floor and it was <3 <3 <3.
Then Indigo took over and it turned soulless. :(

I usually just buy off of Abebooks or Ebay. So as long the books are at least somewhat readable I'll buy them. Plus the prices from both of those sites for books are much more affordable than going out and buying a new copy.
