I think Youtubes new layouts just plain sucks. It's confusing now. Why does everything feel the need to "improve" when really ther are just making things worse? I don't even know how to rate videos now, or is the star rating system gone?

Changes are probably taking effect, but may take time. I've noticed it on some. I honestly don't care as long as I can watch videos.

1. The menu for your account has changed

2. The subscribe and all videos button has now moved

3. You have 3 options. Next video which plays the next video. Options, and the worst one, auto play. If you don't turn auto-play off it will automaticly play the next video. Next video contains alot of swearing and you're at your grandma's house? Youtube doesn't give a shit!

4. The comments have changed. Now the comment text box thing is on the top. And it's more hard to read ( For me at least )

5. Worst part. The 5 star tating system is gone. Now all you do is click "I liked it" or "I didn't like it"

6. The video description is now at the bottom

I tried the HTML5 Beta and it's way way faster than flash. Like way faster. Back to the layout. It's sucks. To confusing. You can't rate with stars anymore, it's like or dislike? Yeah, but though that may help in some cases it still gets taken down. If artists don't like their songs on YouTube, they might as well take down the entire internet because it's everywhere.

Just got the new layout today. I like the like/don't like better then the stars cause usually i just did 1 star for like and 5 stars for dislike anyway. Also, to favorite videos click save, it's a drop down box where you favorite it.

But YouTube has pulled a Microsoft. I mean, you can obviously tell it's to save money. The old layout was fine and had like no flaws. Now, they've gone and fucked it up and other such things.

But you're completely ignoring the fact that you can still watch the videos. As long as you can do that, you shouldn't worry. And if they did do it to save money, then it was fully justified. I don't know, maybe I'm just a bit more open to the change than others. It's like when Facebook changed it's layout. People went crazy over that, they'll go crazy over this.
