ok. i just came out to my best friend two weeks ago, and i really want to tell my older sister. i'm not sure how she'll take it. i kinda knew my friend would be ok with anything i told her. but my sister is a totally different story. she and i are very close, and i don't usually keep things from her. am i moveing to fast. i mean should i wait a little while longer to tell my sister that i'm bi? if there are any other gays or bis that have come out to a sibling, how did you go about doing it? your advice will be greatly appreciated!

Well I havent come out yet, but I DO have advice for you. Well ok, ordinarily, a family member, a sibling would be very trustworthy, but thats my opinion, you should only tell her if your sure she wont tell anyone else or judge you for it. you should ask her about her views on bisexuality.

Do it in a public place! That may sound stupid but it means they cannot make a scene without looking like fools themselves. It is a lot easier to say and (if things go badly) easier to walk away from.
I haven't come out to anyone in my family. I have though to two of my closest friends, one of whom is gay himself. They were both fine with it, they had kinda guessed I was Bi anyway :P

you sound like you 2 are pretty close. i think you should tell her. she loves you and just wants to support you. she'll be able to do that better if you tell her you are bi.

i would say wait a little myself
i came out to my sister like a week or so ago and i told my friend who i trust the most almost 2 months ago only cause i could talk to them about it and she was really helpful to me so maybe you should try that but thats just my opinion
