Hi, and thanks for reading.

After a recent event, i got rejected, so i thought i would start a new leaf, and forget about it all.

Anyway, i like a girl at school i am really good friends with. Me, a friend, and a few other girls all went to the cinema (All my best friends) and had a good time. One of them i have a crush on, but i won't make a move yet until i know the time is right. Anyway, today, a girl asked me out, and i wasn't expecting it at all. I was shocked, but said i need time to think about it, as i really wasn't sure. She seemed a little upset, so i don't want to hurt her feelings. I don't know what to do, as i like a different person, however, i don't want to hurt her feelings. Also, i never get this oppertunity, ever, as nobody really likes me, so that shocked me even more.

What do you think i should do, as i can't decide. And, please help me come to a decision before tommorow, as it will leave her thinking, and i don't want to upset her even more. If i do say no, how would i say it to not upset her?

Thanks.

You shouldn't go out with someone just because you don't want to hurt their feelings, it isn't fair on either of you. If she isn't the girl for you, tell her you're sorry but you don't think you can have that sort of relationship with her. And then start working on asking the girl you actually like out.

I disagree with paul. if you go out with a girl you don't like knowing it won't go anywhere it would be unfair to her as she obviously likes you if she asked you out. let her down gently but tell her you just don't like her in that way and it would be unfair to lead her on. its your choice but i don't think you should do it because you said you don't want to hurt her and using her will hurt her

Just tell her you want to get to know her first so give it some time. There's no rush for either girl is there?
