What I do is i just go every break and lunch time, don't worry about when your in class, that what pads (or tampons) are for, plus you probablly will get use to the feeling. maybe. :)

tampons and pads aren't the only thing for periods.
I use this thing called a menstrual cup it completely gross's alot
of people out and grossed me out at first too.
But it has changed my life, its about $20 american money.
Basically what it is, is a silicone cup that is inserted and you
empty it in toilet once before bed and once when you get up in the
morning. Because of it I don't mind having my periods, you can't feel the cup
after about 1 use and you just wash it, at the end of your cycle you boil it in
water and its ready to use next cycle (I never boil mine though). You can't feel it and it doesn't give off any odors. It saves ALOT of money in the long run.
It's just plain amazing! I would recommend it to anyone!
Here is the sight for it: http://www.divacup.com/
If you would prefer not to do that i would just where a pad and tampon.

Ughh having it in school sucks. =( I try to go in between every class to change or "check how it's doing" if you know what I mean. And carry around a hoodie or something in case you leak. Its humiliating but I'm sure it's happened to a lot of people.

Generally, I make sure to have a long jacket on during my period, one that would cover any potential leak - since I always dress in layers indoors anyway. Wearing black pants may also help. Always carry a few pads/tampons/whatever in your school bag, just in case.

It's a pain, sure, but luckily it's only a few days out of each month. We all grow accustomed to the routine at some point.

Every one's advice is good, I have some things to add though.

I keep an extra supply of tampons in my locker at school, and a pad too (or at least there was one in my backpack last time I checked) just in case anything happens. If you aren't expecting it to come that day, its good to be prepared. My cycle isn't very regular, so I've gotten it a few times at school before too.

I actually have a small bag within my backpack that has all my tampons and pads, along with an extra pair of panties. It's good to have, even if you don't use them for a while.

If you're worried about leaking, just make sure you have extra clothing too, an extra pair of pants or something with you. Also, if you need to check yourself, go between classes, or if you don't have enough time in between, (I know I don't) go while you're changing for gym or something.

I always bring extra pads and underware in my backpack just in case. My friend Amy puts on extra baby powder down there cuz she says it keep her drier ans smells better?

Like Autumn said it is always better to be prepared. Even I keep an extra supply of tampons in my locker in the school.

if you perhaps didn't pack extra pads, or ran out and forgot to refil, just use a whole bnch of toleit paper and stick it in your underwear and change in every 2 hours.

We all have to deal with it, it's part of puberty.
At least we are not like the boys who get erection attacks...

I've seen many guys have these embarassing moments during work and meetings.

Don't Panic ...:) ... yeah I know wat you mean. It happens to me too. I wear a Ultra Slim Pad that sticks to my Panties (Undies) when I know that it could happen. I've ALWAYS got a Spare one and a few Tampons with me ... (Just In case ... lol ... :) ...).

I think she might mean they come on kinda without notice. I'm a bit like that. Read my Reply to her.
