Customizing profile?

That's not possible either im afraid. You can change the skin of the site, and your profile privacy but that's as far as it goes on here.

It ends up being like myspace, where a profile is overrun with 1,000 little images all flickering or flashing at once. Simple may be boring for some, but the stuff loads much faster at least. :)

People can't design worth shit. If anything the most it should be is the ability to move pre-existing stuff around so the layout is different, but some people could screw even that up.

Maybe that's of your own opinion, where as me and my friends happen to make from scratch our myspace layouts, and do a rather good job.

agreed, but if you don't like it, you can simply click "Hide User Customizations" and it looks like an uncustomized profile (on all profiles), until you cancel it out by clicking "Show User Customizations."

I am honestly not a fan of this, but i know quite a few who are, so on TC, i just clicked hide, and I don't have to deal with it.

Anyway, the option is here but it's not been turned on as Anthony has said. I know they have it set up on GovTeen and it works pretty well. It's not a matter that people make bad designs, it's the fact that we may have to change the skin just to read profiles decorated in all dark colors. And I don't think anyone here wants to go through that much trouble:rolleyes:.

When you click "Hide User Customizations" it hides it on all user profiles, until you click "Show..."
