Sometimes people receive negative rep for stupid reasons, there should be a proper way of reporting this. If there is I've yet to find it. Is there anything that can be done about this?

While of course remembering that rep is a person's opinion and in no way has to be fair. It just has to not break the rules about bashing etc.
