Well.. I guess that's normal. Some people get hard over the fact that they're naked or like that they are with other naked people.. It's just subconcious and doesn't mean anything.

The best advice I can give on the matter is, don't put to much thought into it. Over-speculating is a terrible thing =O

Well, I wouldn't be worried about it too much if everyone else is hard too. Still sounds kinda weird to me, because in my experiences most guys aren't hard in the locker room and showers and certainly not fully erect.

luckily i saw the post b4 it got deleted :P but many people are turned on by any sexual activity itself. So it rele dosent make you gay. If people comment just say, "y, do u want it inside u? or summat like that. (make it sound sarcy!!!)
