Has anyone ever felt like this?

Ok so I came out to one of my friends a while ago and after he had found out I felt so depressed. I felt like I could cry, I became antisocial and I felt angry and upset at the same time. I was just curious to find out if anyone has experienced this same behaviour/emotions.

Yes. When I came out to my aunt, who was the first family member that I came out to, I felt exactly the same. Mainly because she's very Christian and I was upset that she was going to treat me like dirt and disown me for the rest of my life, but actually she was very supporting of me, and she still is.

it can feel that way, letting a secret off your chest. especially keeping it for so long. later i think you'll feel better about it. having a friend know.
