pretend he dont exist. then after a few weeks, open up a LITTLE bit, then a few more weeks and get a BIT more close and so on

NO!!! Guys hate mind games like that. Time and time again have I seen threads here saying I love her but she's not aware of my existence or something like that. This is really really bad advice.

no.. thats not good.. think of it as the reverse affect.... would i want a guy doing that to me? no.... then why do it to him?

umm chicks have done that to me before and it just makes me hate them. bad advice is bad...sorry..

Agreed with all of the above. Would you honestly like a guy to do that to you?
Men deserve the same respect that women do.. So im sorry but thats not good advice
