An orgasm can't be described as anything other than just that.. An Orgasm. It's a feeling all it's own, it feels extremely good and relieving.. You'll know when you have one, it's awesome signals being sent to your brain.

EDIT: My orgasms last longer than a split second.. I'd say on average they last around 2..
