Ok so im 15 and im going threw Puberty and i want to know if any OTHER GUYS have or had this problem like me.

When im working out or doing anything that gets me hot or makes me swet My uper body will start to itch realy bad.

Is this a puberty thing or is it just me?

this happens to me every time i go for a run or work out too. i thinks it normal.

Well, I never got it. But if you are working out and sweating, that damp place is the perfect place for the germs to grow on and causes inflammation to the area.

If it is hot, it is because of the intensification of the skin. And this will cause a minor sensation of itchiness. This is the same thing when you pour hot water on your skin. As it is dry and have lost a lot of water.
