I really want to jerk with a friend of mine. I have knownhim for 4 years and we are best friends. I don't think he jerks off but I am guessing he does. I was wondering how to go about subtily asking him to jerk with me.

Just ask him at the right time. Ask him when you are both in the same room with no one around you and also if he is in puberty with i think is he is then he will most likely jerk.
