...Shave it's about time for me to start shaving (facial) and I was wondering what the best way to do it was? Like dry or use shaving cream cause it's only a little bit of hair.

I would get a throw away razor. The kind you get at the market.
Yes you will have to use shaving cream.

Well, If your just starting to grow facial hair, use an electric razor. Theres no point in using shaving cream and a razor just to get rid of peach fuzz :D

I personally recommend using just a regular razor without shaving cream. I just splash some water on my face and then shave. I find that you get a very similar outcome with or without shaving cream.

Razor + Shaving cream = Smooth face :)
If you don't want to use shaving cream you can use things like:
Soap (Dove is a nice brand)
Conditioner
Anything which will help soften the hairs.
Something else to think about: An electric razor? :)

Well. On my personal experience.
Shave Cream + Razor = Smooth face -->> Hairy+Spiky Hair and comes after 2-5 days
Beard Trimmer( variant of Electric Razor) = not so smooth but not visible hair -->> Smooth facial hair and reappears after 2-3 weeks.
Well, the choice is yours.

With just a bit of facial hair (like I have) just a little soap and a regular razor is all you need. Quick and easy. Sometimes I do it in the shower too.

Shaving cream and a good razor. It's the best because ur skin isn't used whit dry shaving so u might get irritated. And use after shave lotion ;)
