i haven't been able to go to sleep before 2 AM in a long.... time... and i ake up at 5.... (except on weekends) what can i do to help me go to sleep? i reallly really need ti!!!!

Do what I told you before, be in bed at 10:30, even though, most of the time you aren't going to be tired at all, but still lie there, take some deep breaths. Eventually you'll fall asleep, and after a few weeks your body will start to fall asleep sooner and more easily.

well, i dont like to recommend pills but you can get a prescription for sleeping pills. or just excercise so you are tired and you fall asleep. or take some nyquil. or read before going to bed. or talk to a doctor about your insomnia.

I used to take pills to fall asleep, but eventually I just quit trying to fall asleep on time anyway. So now I just go to sleep whenever I do and don't force it.

Usually that means I fall asleep at 4 AM and get up at 7AM, and just catch up the hours over the weekend. Yeah... not recommended. I don't know how I even function throughout the day towards the end of the week. :lol:
