Okay.
My mom is overweight, and shes always complaining about it and saying how she wants to go on a diet.
She used to be in this weight loss program called Weight Watchers, which my step dad was paying for before they split up.
Now my moms just given up. She eats everything and anything she wants.
Yesterday she went food shopping, she came home with a box of oreos move then half empty. I'm like "What the fuck?"
She bought this package of banana bread, it comes with 6 huge, thick slices. I had one, the next morning there's only 2 left.
I feel like just telling my mom the truth, you're overweight and need to stop this, for your own health. I mean, shes always saying, "You're not the only one who eats around here" and yet shes the one eating everything.
So should I just come out with it and make her realize she needs to stop? This is really bad for her health and I want her to be okay. I mean shes not HUGE but she is overweight. And it's not like she gets any exercise, she goes to work, comes home, sleeps ( Most of the time )
