No it is not nessecary.

Most boys learn to masturbate when they are twelve because the the sexual tension always being put on society. Then boys will figure out that they can "cum" or ejaculate at the age of 13 and by then they're using up all of their semen that they have produced. Wet dreams happen when the boy has produced too much semen and some must be discharged so your body can be making more. You rarely know this because all that comes out isn't more than a teaspoon. This is my theory. At this age, our body is starting to develop sperm as we are getting ready to be in the reproductive age. If you do not start masterbating until a later age in your teens, then your sperm builds it up, as your body makes new sperm every day. Where does the old sperm go? Our body discharges it at night. However when you masterbate, you are desposing of the sperm, giving more room for your body to filol up. Make sense?

Well wet dreams have nothing to do with the size of your cock
What really causes it is cumming(in fact -not cumming)
If you DON'T cum the semen thing is accumulated into the scrotum,so if there's a lot,the body uses sex dreams to erect you and throw it away
