I close in my arm as in holding it near my chest, I flex in my biceps along with the muscle near the arm pit. There it started to move, I did that a lot till the muscle developed and I can do it without support.

Ah, you must be watching "The Masterpiece" Chris Mordetzky ("Masters") on Raw or something eh? :) He's friends with RVD and on the early ep of his free podcast where they talk about gun control and stuff.

The best step is probably to build very large ones because that way you have more muscle to gain control over.

Beyond building them with heavy compound moves (presses than involve transversus shoulder adduction) doing isolation moves like flies and stuff can help you focus on feeling them squeeze alone without others.

One thing I've found is that if they are tensing, they SHOULD be moving your arm forward, so if they are not, it means something else is holding them back, so I wonder if people who do this might also be tensing their transverse shoulder abductors (I think that's rhomboids/middle traps/lats)

i can do it.....been doin it since like grade 6 :lol3: takes practice, just gotta keep doing it again and again, its the muscles um ....lol hard to explain but when your arms are on your side its like right by your arm pit. in the beginning it will be horrible, but if u keep doing it it'll get better (: ya start off like dreamer -x said use your biceps to help designate the muscle u use and when u get better at it youll beable to lift your arms and still chest pop

overcome.

If you have the muscle there, you can do it. You merely tense the muscle and it will 'bounce'.

u probably just ave to work your chest out more mate and its quit simple if you just put both of your hand together in front of you and push as hard as you can you will feel the pressure in the muscle close to your armpit and thats the muscle that you've gotta flex to do the pec dance!

firstly u gotta have some kinda pec muscles

then i suggest u pump up with some pushups, take ur shirt off and sit in front of a mirror

keep your arms to your side (close to body) and try squeezing your pecs and your anterior delts

i usually practise after a workout lol

Granted, you are in shape by what you have told us. But it could mean that you haven't worked out you chest as much. Benching and push- ups are good for that.
