They are nice, durable, made out of cotton, wide range of colors in the beige shading.

Khaki, which actually derived from the word "Hak" which means dust or sand in Persian or Khaki which means Dust-Sand color in Urdu/Hindi.

They are usually in Dust color, Beige, grey and of those shades.

While Cargo is no different than khaki; the only thing that is different is Cargo contains what we call Cargo Pockets. So it have pockets from 4 to 10 pockets.

They are usually accessorized with hanging cloth.

It is not too flamboyant and fashionable as Jeans. But they offer similar durability and good resistance and even lighter than Jeans.

It is what usually a military cloths and favored by soldiers and adventurers alike.

They can be of Short versions as well. They are also favored by many to wear during summer.

This is what I usually wear and not Jeans.

So, leave your thoughts, your critiquing, your love and memoir with this type of clothing of the lower parts.

I completely hate cargos...until the day they come into fashion(not likely?)
And Khaki shorts... so preppy, great for creating the style.

I hate cargo pants. I would rather be naked instead of wearing them. I hate the way they look, feel, and everything else about them.

They will probably never come in style.

I don't think so. If I am to go on a long trip, neither a trunk suit nor a jeans well satisfy me.

A cargo well do. + I love the pockets :P

And the military and camo design of the cargo. Prolly you haven't seen good cargo.

I disagree that this is a red neck clothing, It fits all races. Especially ours.

That's why the Khaki called cargo, because of the pockets.

Well, I love my multi-pocketed pants, I have a lot of things to carry around.

Couple of charged lithium batteries.
A coiled cooper wire
A cutter knife
A Diagonal pliers
A Knife
A 250GB HDD
My Cell Phone
My wallet
A spring of some kind

Well, I am a walking toolbox :P

I don't have any because I don't think they'd suit me but I don't think they're horrible looking like some people have said.

I have some cargo or khaki pants with a bit of lining on the inside for when it's colder and just to be more cushioned. I think they're fine, nothing wrong about it so either I wear them or some version without the lining and a few less pockets (i.e. 2 pockets on front per leg, 1 on back per leg). I'm not a terrible fan of jeans because I've found it often is a struggle to find some that fit because either they're way too tight on the thighs, I cannot close them or they're squashing my jumblies. I don't carry around a bunch of stuff in my pants pockets, it's more in the jacket pockets. Basically for pants, it's some change, a pen or pencil, wallet (chained to belt) and cell phone. Gum, pen/pencil and other random stuff is usually in the inner coat pockets because so often it falls out of the pants pockets in the car unless it's heavier like a phone.

Jeans suit me fine but I wouldn't mind some cargo pants. I carry enough stuff to use more than 4 pockets as well. (Phone, iPod, headphones, chapstick, wallet, keys.

BUwhahahaha! I love this thread! *I want to aggravate Cargo haters*

True, my thigh is on the bigger side and I am somewhat do have a fat layer on the body. And I am forced to wear a 38/L2 jeans. And it is hard to close and it does hurt the organs.

While Cargo, I can wear the 34/M2 size. Fits me perfectly

I still have a couple of jeans to go along with the Shirts. But the rest are cargo pants :p

bags, I put books in them. Other assortments are for my pockets :P

Yeah, bag is good for a full-fledged pedestrian travel and a new venture.

But it is cumbersome to carry it around normal day hangout with friends. And no one do that too.

I don't find a flight/messenger bag cumbersome but whatever...(They are not the most stylish things and I would actually get a handbag if people weren't so narrow-minded here)

I think I already mentioned that they are not so flamboyantly stylish.
But they offer a lot for the loss of stylizing.

I have a pair of khaki pants, they're comfortable. I have some cargo shorts that I used to wear sometimes, but not really anymore. I have quite a few pairs of sand coloured or khaki shorts that I wear in the summer.

well they are part of required uniform at my restaurant that i work at the only flaw about them is that they stain and show everything. The good thing is, is that they are comfortable have plenty of storage and go with any color shirt u prefer except brightly colored shirts.
