Mine is always held pointing upwards inside my briefs, I think that's what you mean??? Thats just the most comfortable for me.

But no, it wont affect the angle of your erection when its unrestricted.

cuz before like 2 years ago the best erect angle i could get up to was about 90 dgrees. now when it gets rock hard it stiks up at a larger angle

and also my flaccid penis always seems to stick out...
