i need help on how to lose fat and gain muscle

There are many ways to do so. But basically, diet for one. Watch what you eat. Eat lots of healthy things to lose weight. Watch calories. Second, find a way to exercise. Whether it be running, swimming, push ups, going on a treadmill.

To gain muscle, basically weightlifting is a good way to gain muscle. I weight lift and I really enjoy it.

well, lose fat by eating healthy and doing cardio excercise. gain muscle by drinking milk and weight lifting. for more specifics, ask a gym trainer.

Me, I would be taking the vitamins my body needs, watching calories, eating healthy. And definitely getting in a good 45 minute excersize every other day, if not every day. I'm turbo skinny, w/ like 0% muscle :( , so I plan to start working out, etc. I used to go on nice long jogs around the neighborhood, and may start that again.

Just a few suggestions, I hope it all works out for you.

get into a routine of eating earlier at night and no junk. also working out helps because it tones your body protein shakes back up working out to build muscle. ill reiterate NO junk because its addictive a full of calories and sugar i hope this helps

FIRST watch your fat, then excercise is vital, and doing that will basically give you the body that you want :)

Watch what you eat, also the amount of how much you eat. Work out. Drink alot of water.
