Is there a way to train my stamina?
I am kinda (fat over pants/mans boobs) I appear thin, but those are hidden under cloth. That doesn't matter to me, those are healthy fats and can be easily burned(Decide to see some specialist and attend a gym this summer)
Any ways, how to get stamina like running faster and longer in time value, holding breath, able to exercise more. You got me, no?
Any tips is appreciated.

1. Make sure you're sleeping properly. In fact don't over sleep, that can make you tired as well. Your sleeping hours should be 8-9 hours, to get the proper stamina, and energy to get you through the day. Go to bed at consistent hours.
2. Get enough fluids in you, especially water. Water gives you lasting energy and absorbs nutrients. Drink 8-10 glasses of cold water daily.
3. Drink coffee in the morning. Don't rely strictly on caffeine, though. Caffeine will give you a quick fix, but it won't last daily, unless you just constantly drink caffeine all day, which isn't very healthy and leads to sleeping problems. Red Bull isn't bad, too. I guess this is a way to start the morning off, but don't drink coffee throughout the day.
4. Start to workout. Believe it or not, it does give you more energy. It's okay to be active. Working out requires energy.
5. Take breaks. Don't work nonstop and over do it. Have moments to relax and enjoy yourself in the day. Take a moment to clear your mind. Stress can cause lack-of energy.
6. Start eating better and take vitamins for energy. You can find a lot of vitamins that boost your stamina, like Vitamin B, B3-Niacin, Folic Acid. Start eating more fruits and vegetables as well. Find some energy bars, they seem to help as well.
7. Eat breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal and gives you the energy you need to start the day off right. Going an entire day on an empty stomach is tiring. Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.

Doing exercise other than weight lifting.

I think the breakfast thing I already suggested to some one.
I don't drink Coffee for many reason.
Pros:
Good sum of caffeine for the brain stimulation.
Cons:
It is dries the hell out of you.
It is better and I am a sweet tooth.
Makes teeth yellow and give some kind of coffee smell.
The stains are terrible and harder to remove
I prefer Tea.
Pros
It contains water and refreshes you as the water does.
It has more antioxidant and especially Green Tea.
It has good sum of caffeine, and especially black Tea.
Tea-Milk is quite a delicacy.
Cons:
Black Tea does not allow the body to absorb Iron, so taking it hours before consuming Iron rich food material.
Sugar is more soluble and thus it will give more sugar in its content.

Yeah, I think exercising more will give me more stamina.
Running for a few days, and later you will see you can further; control your breath better; have more capacity for energy consumption and what not.
Aye, now that's done.

you can also swim. swimming increases your breath capacity and is one of the hardest forms of endurance training. if your willing to swim, i'm sure that would increase your stamina, tone your muscles, and make you much stronger all over your body!

True, but I have no time now. Perhaps summer is the best time.

Atleast one of them should work. :P
I never really focused on my stamina, I've always been relatively fit, but if you want to improve it, push yourself to the limits that you can reach, then push yourself further. It's the only way anyone improves, by beating the best of the best that they can do.
