Unable to log in

For the past 2 hours, Siobhan (Kryptonite) hasnt been able to log into her vt account. She hasnt forgotten the password, nor has anyone else accessed her account. Shes on her iPod, which usually works, up until now.

There any sort of way she can try to login on a computer? Also what error messages does she receive, if any.

She has no access to a computer atm as shes grounded i think.

She has not tried for the last hour and when she does it says that all over again

Edit: She also rarely uses her pc unless posting photos

Well all there is to do is reset her password and see if that helps.

Shes just tried it, its giving her the following every time she tries:

Edit: She managed to do it, but the new password will not work either

Another Edit: I've managed to log into her account on my laptop, but it's still refusing to let her log in

I'm back.
Somethings happened and I have to use a proxy now.
I think my dad blocked my account/iPod/internet to vt :/
