Where on earth did you get that age 14 idea from? Most guys will have started to ejaculate by 14 or when they are 14 but there is no "should have" about it because its perfectly normal and natural for some guys to be later.

It is getting a bit late if you are 16, but its still unlikely that there's really anything wrong. However if you're worried, and I probably would be if it was me because its natural to worry, then check with your doctor.
