Heya, I'm trying to make a costume for when I go to see Lady Gaga this friday. I've got a cardigan with a hood which is quite like the one she wore on the cover of The Fame. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make cheap shoulder pads or where I could get some :D

Go to a thrift store, find something from the 80s. Haha i'm serious, there's shoulder pads in nearly everything vintage :P

Are there Thrift Stores in England? Or is it the same as a Charity Shop?
