i tied an orange ribbon around my bag :P i didn't want anyone to notice, otherwise they'd start asking questions... but its better than nothing :)

I couldn't wear anything orange in school, because we wear uniforms =/ But I was writing in orange marker when I got bored and this was the product, I was in maths and got bored, as you can see from the black writing at the bottom :P

I told a few friends about it which I think in my school was quite good for me

I wanted to wear orange, but I realized I don't own anything orange this morning.

I couldn't really do anything, because my parents/friends/teachers/whoever would notice. But on twitter I only have people I met on the internet. xD

Me and my friends went to the local town and we blew up orange balloons, and wrote 'Self Injury Awareness Day' and things like 'Don't be ashamed' or 'Don't be scared to ask for help' on them, before throwing them off the highest building we could find, where they floated down to the crowd below! I'm really proud of myself for doing that, because I know that if I'd found one of those balloons when I used to self harm it would have really raised my spirits <3

Also we all put it as our facebook status, :L just to feel a bit more personal.

I know a lot of people are nervous of what people will think, but everyone knows me as the 'emo's rights girl', because I do a lot of campaigning for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, so no one thought it was weird.
