Well its supposed to be sensitive, dont complain! Depending how powerful the shower is it can actually be quite agressive the way the water hits your penis, so just turn you back on the shower to deflect the force of it.

I guess as a european (like me) that you're uncut. How long have you been able to retract your foreskin and been trying to wash it in the shower? It takes some getting used to, thats probably all there is to it.

well im uncut (lol) but it is very hard to pull the skin back and it hurts like hell,isnt there anything i can apply on to loosen up?

Yes, you can get a steroid cream, but you would probably need to get a prescription from your doctor.

That will lossen the skin, and you will be able to retract.

This happened to me when I was younger just take thing slowly eventually the sensitivity will die down. Just stretch it slowly a little more every day eventually you will be able to pull it back. Take things slowly stop if it hurts. Hope this helps.

Strch it back every day just a littal bit , so it dont hurt....i know coz i have one to
