well from what i can tell, A you are not doing it right, or B you have bot hit puberty or not derveloped wnough to do so, dont worry eventually you'll hit puberty

The guilt thing often happens to those who are new to it... they often feel that it's wrong, or that it's something to be ashamed of.

Almost 100% of males will have masturbated by the time they're 18, and the vast majority do it regularly. And a hellofalot of girls do it too, even if they don't admit it. ;)

It's nothing to be guilty about... just takes a while to get used to that.
