Bing seems to be the only decision engine (Hurr) that gives me quality results. Search engines like Google give results based on keyword. Bing uses a language interpreter to determine your results. (But why am I explaining this... ._. )

No, that's a desktop I use, I use a usb stick similar to this to connect.

Even if it is 3G, it is 512 and sometimes depend on the signals.
