Well. When I am angry, I just go to any wall and what ever it may be, gravel stoned wall or brick just anything. I go to it and start hitting my head it to it.

Am I ok? Do angry people do that?

Any ways, that's the most thing I do. I just hit my self strongly and non stop, up untill I am tired of standing. I never bled, but I got the bumps from hitting my self up.

Is it self harm? I am sure it is from anger but not anything else.

idk. do you stop when it gets painful because i don't think that's self harm. for me anyway, self harm is to get as much pain into it as possible. i scrape pen tips on my hands.. i have odd marks at the back of my nails from scratching myself. but idk

May be it is not self harm. I do that to forget things, or just relieve my self from it.

Self harm can be in any form, including this form, if it's done purposely, it's self harm.

Self harm is when a person intentionally hurts themselves and that is what you are doing yes? Do you feel like you are getting relief when you do this?

Do you feel like you are getting relief when you do this?

Yes, I do. I feel all my body is concentrating on that spot. And since I am angry, and the brain is constraining it self, I tend to do that.

Not just angry, when I am sad or depressed(You can notice that when I can not breath properly) And some what...aggravated from anything.

It is called self-harm only. A recent study has shown that continuous damage to your skull can cause puss formation in the brain which can be life-threatening. So please try to stop this behavior.

Self harm = Anything that causes injury to yourself. So yes, It would be considered as a form of self harm.

I think this would be considered self-harm. Because you are hitting your head against a wall knowing it's going to injure you in some way/cause pain. You're hurting your self on purpose, and that's self harm.

You're causing yourself damage, on purpose, to 'calm down'.
Yep, it's pretty damn much considered self-harm.

You can PM me if you ever want/need to talk.

I think it is only if u can't stop.

Self-harm doesn't have to be an addiction. Mostly it is though. But it's still considered self-harm even if you're not yet addicted.

As pretty much everyone has said since your causing deliberate, intentional harm to yourself then it's self harm. You should try and stop this sooner rather than later. Hope you're ok :)
