But you feel this when ejaculation has already started it's just that you haven't started to actually release any cum yet right? I mean you can feel the ejaculatory muscles already contracting right? I can feel the ejaculation starting about 10secs or so before cum is actually released.

hmm interesting question! I'd say it's hard to distinguish the two. The moments before ejaculation are incredibly intense, but the ejaculation itself is very pleasurable. However I think the difference is that they're both awesome, but the orgasm is most intense, while the ejaculation is more of a 'release.' They both feel amazing, but the orgasm is technically felt before one ejaculates.
